There are 7 stats in Gekkeiju Online. Only 5 of them can be raised with stat points though.

Dexterity decides how dexterous one is. It also increases the endurance points and attack speed.

Constitution
Constitution is the physical health stat. It decides how much one can sustain physical stress. Constitution increases the hitpoints.

Intelligence
Intelligence determines the spellcasting ability in elemental magic. Intelligence will also raise the mana one can sustain. Intelligence is important for magic users.
Wisdom
Wisdom determines the spellcasting ability in different forms of spiritual magic. It will also raise the available mana power.
Wisdom is important for dark and divine arts.
Charisma
Charisma determines how the character appeals to others. Charisma cannot be increased with level advancement.
Luck
Luck is a hidden stat that affects all game rolls. It's also known to affect skills quite a bit. Luck changes according to the actions done by the player.
