Skills and Spells

Skills and spells play a very important role in Gekkeiju Online. A Player without those can hardly do anything but die. Skills and spells are divided into several different categories: passive, neutral and offensive.
Passive-skills are skills that get used automatically when required. For example weapon proficiency skills are all passive. Passive skills contain only skills and no spells.
Neutral and Offensive skills and spells are always manually used. Neutral skills and spells can be used anywhere without fear of any problems. Usage of offensive skills on the other hand is quite different. Offensive spells will always make NPCs and monsters aggressive. In guarded zones, the usage of offensive skills at players will make the user criminal unless the target was a criminal.
